RuPaul's Drag Race

I did get to meet her last nite. She was really super nice in person.

Macy's had her MCing for a "Boys of Summer" fashion show. I feel bad for her b'c she had to read all these really, really long descriptions of the clothes the boys were wearing. It took a couple tries for her to get the patter down. But then she started feeling comfortable and started having fun on stage. There was one model who was "too serious" and she made it her goal to make him smile. She made these monkey faces and scratched her armpits.. it was really silly. She ended up following him down the aisle as if she were a monkey (miming) and when he turned around she went "booga booga booga" and he laughed. She then "pretended" her back went out and put her butt out and he grabbed it. She was pretty hilarious. And instead of saying "I'm just kidding" she'd day "I'm just serious" which got us all laughing.

Afterwards there was a chance to meet her and have her sign an autograph as well as free cocktails. I went shopping (for $100 spent they gave you free tickets to Avenue Q!) and came down just in time to have my foto taken with her and her autograph in the new "Out" mag (which has a photo of the Cagelles from A Cage Aux Folles) She told me that she knew several of the queens in the fotos and told me which ones.

Her outfit was amazing and shear! With tons of spikes all over it. Her shoes had spikes sticking up as well. I plan on putting up my fotos when i can adjust the lighting. Hopefully later tonite!
