I was so excited to see Sharon, Latrice, and William but I really wish they'd been unscripted. Their segments felt the way that Pandora's recaps often feel to me - just way overscripted. I miss seeing the spontaneous personalities in the werkroom! I did chuckle at Sharon's comment that Alaska blew all of her (Sharon's) winnings from last season.

At first, I liked the way they handled Untucked in this episode. In previous seasons, I found Untucked a tad boring when it's down to 3-4 queens. It's the same arguments over and over, so at least this time they were smart and they gave us just an abbreviated version of Untucked. But man....you know what I wish we'd been given instead? What about some real, in-depth interviews with the top 3? What about some extensions of their too-brief lunches with Ru? Alaska and Jinkx both have a lot of heart and sweetness and I wanted to see more of that.

Not a football fan but I actually loved the way they recapped the eliminations at the start of the episode.

The shout-outs to the fan artists and fan reviewers were great!

I was so pleased to see Coco and Isis recognized in the fan reviews section. :) And while I agree they were very scripted, I was just so pleased to see Latrice and the other S4 queens that my happiness overcame that minor concern for me.

I've been looking through Tom and Lorenzo's stills from the season's runways and I still DO NOT GET this "Roxxxy is a big girl" thing. She's a little bit bigger than the others, true, but not very much bigger. If you stuck her in a lineup with a random assortment of American women, though, she'd be smack dab average. It just depresses me that an average, normal weight person is being touted as "potentially the FIRST EVER BIG GIRL WINNER," that culturally our expectations of what is normal weight are so out of whack.

Yay Isis and Coco! Yay Chad Sell!
