Remarkable lack of tiaras, given the theme. And why no fairy princesses or elf princesses?

Trinity: Creative and well-done. She's a much bigger threat than I figured from her MTQ: gotta watch out for the pageant girl who can bring the funny!

Farrah: OMG stop whining. Ugh. Come with a plan, prepared for construction challenges.

Eureka: A brave choice and I think she executed it very well. I might have even put her in the top.

Valentina: Resting on pretty. Her garment & story were not terrible, but I'd have put her safe.

Charlie: My favorite today! The dress was gorgeous and her little pun-tastic fairy godmother was perfection. Quite surprised that she wasn't high given what she produced.

Alexis: A little incoherent, I thought. Loved her wig, but her gown was meh. And what was the connection between the subway...and...fish....?

Nina: Crazy creative, especially the alien eye illusion. I might have put her high.

Shea: The skirt was stunning, the bodice less so. Maybe more of an hourglass shape from padding on top would have helped.

Peppermint: Seemed more of a villain than a princess. Done well, but did it fit the assignment?

Cynthia: Adequate. Though the rabbit will give me nightmares.

Sasha: So busy being clever and conceptual that it all got twisted and confusing. Do better, Sasha!

Aja: A banjee volcano. I...yeah. Lipsync assassin identified. And in Untucked, a very ugly and bitter rant. I get that she was frustrated and nervous, but mature people don't take their frustration out on others.

Kimora: sloppy and her sidekick was frighteningly stiff. If you watched Untucked, she got a major humanizing humble/grateful edit, which made me like her a lot more. That lipsync was rough, but her exit was very classy.

I enjoyed this episode (and this season so far!), but it definitely felt weird nobody went for an all-out pretty princess look - almost like they were all going too meta. Though I guess it may have more to do with available materials and time.

I continue to love Valentina, who seems sweet and pretty mature for her tender years and stunning looks - I hope she continues to surprise us. I'm still here for her and Nina Bonina Brown. I was not feeling Kimora's attitude, though she seems much nicer in Untucked (I haven't seen the latest one yet, but I warmed to her in last week's.)

Cynthia is so sweet, I didn't have much of an impression of her last time around but I'm definitely warming.
