Just had to share that I'm so happy - we're going on the Drag Race cruise!!

Is anyone else from here going? I wish that everyone who wanted to could join us.

I swear, I wasn't going to like Alaska. :) I went into Season 5 expecting not to like her at all. In fact, when Season 4 started, I didn't like Sharon but she'd won me over by the end. But yeah, somehow Alaska won me over and I booked with her.

Mind if I ask you another question? When you were on the cruise, how often did you run into the drag race stars? I know it's a big ship with a lot of non-drag race people....just wondering, did you have instances like you'd be sitting at a bar and see drag race stars walk by, that kind of thing?

yes, that would happen - but like i said previously - i wouldn't expect shit loads of one on one time with them. they [most] treat it as a vacation. i actually talked to Shannel out of drag - because he was just sitting by the bar waiting for a drink and i happened to be next to him. A few of the people i was on the cruise with had a lot of time with the queens, but thats because they were pushy and didn't care when they interrupted them. But if they do the same theme parties and such - you'll see most of them out at the bars on board.
