The jocks were total great sports about everything, too. I love Slava and Chris for their candor with their drag sisters. This is probably my favorite episode so far.

Agreed. She always seems so "over it", while the other girls really work. Even in the Mickey lip sync, even with kissing Johnny Weir, she was still pretty boring, and looked bored.

What a waste of Redemption Island...er, Redemption Runway. Or whatever. I was hearing it all week, and I still couldn't believe it. Carmen? Really? I was like, "If it's Carmen, she better be eliminated right away again." And thankfully I got my wish.

I guess everyone is entitled to an off day, but I couldn't believe that was Raja's showpiece (for lack of a better word) for this challenge. It almost felt like she threw the challenge, and even when LSFYL was going on, I still wasn't sure. I thought maybe she meant for her runway look to appear very much like '89 Paula Abdul, and the removal of her skirt was so she could dance around the stage more, so there were definitely several gears turning in her head tonight. But it was off, in more ways than one.

Manila went the China doll route again, though she did at least make it work. One reason I'm glad Shangela wasn't here is that she would have stirred that pot again. I could not stop laughing at her drag sister, though; she totally looked like Kristen Johnston from 3rd Rock From The Sun!

Yara did okay; glad she's still here. I'm rooting for her to at least be top 3. She reminds me of what Mondo from Project Runway might be like as a drag queen.

Alexis killed it this week and I thought she should have won. Girl's got some arm (is it offensive to ask if that's a Puerto Rican thing, the terrific baseball pitching?), and her sister's transformation was really good. Though she did have a couple of "cheats" up her sleeve in that she used the boob plate again and she got a water polo player, which is basically like getting a second gay guy to put in drag.

As mentioned, Carmen came back and turned out shit. Again. Second chance, and what did she do? Get naked. Again. Sure, her drag sister was basically a sumo wrestler, but criminy. There was absolutely no effort to turn that guy into anything resembling a drag queen. He looked like a long-haired Samoan surfer who happened to be in a sequined bikini.

That LSFYL just got weird at the end, but that might just be because Carmen only has one dull, bored, perenially dazed expression and otherwise sucks, so even porn with Carmen is lousy. Give me club-dancing and freak-faces from my lip-synching queens over that nonsense any day.

Carmen coming back was totally a waste of time. I was never a huge Carmen fan and I always kind of thought she was a Heather by default, like they made her a Heather because she happened to be standing next to Manila when they were deciding it.

And I'm thinking Raja might've thrown this one knowing that she'd be up against Carmen, or just out of being too complacent. I agree with that. She killed it in the lip sync tho. Her porn was at least animated where as Carmen's she just looked stoned and like she can't breathe out of her nose.

The show tonight was just a treat to watch. It's been so long since there was no drama ruining the fun and creativity of it all. That dunk a queen challenge was probably the funnest and funniest of the mini challenges this season, if not all the seasons.

I love that Fuschia's reaction to Manila winning was the exact same as mine. "That's my girl!" Lol. And I love that Mike Ruiz mentioned "Too Wong Foo," because Miss Fuschia totally looked like Miss Vida Boheme. Except blonde, lol.

The cheerleader twist was brilliant, all of them were hilarious. "Wrap your dick. Wrap-wrap your dick!" And Yara was absolutely gorgeous, during the cheer and in her runway look.

That LSFYL was fucking hot as if it being a Paula Abdul song wasn't enough to make it an instant favorite for me. Whoa, man.

I want to make sweet love to Carmen. I would have to lose about 50 pounds and all, but it would be worth it. Also, Carmen should teach a seminar on how to tuck. How does she do it?

With that being said, I thought her jock was really sweet. You can tell he was trying hard to help Carmen out. Granted he was built like a freaking brick wall, but his face looked great I thought.

Raja didn't do so how this week. But when you get a caveman lookin' dude (literally), you can't do much.

Why didn't the judges get on Alexis for wearing the same dress from last week? And why is she still screeching like she hates dogs? BITCH YOU DO NOT NEED TO SCREAM LIKE SOMEONE IS HOLDING YOUR BALLS IN A VICE GRIP TO SOUND LIKE A WOMAN!!

Oh, and Yara's voice is annoying too. I think Michelle is the only one who agrees with me on that.

I actually really like Carmen but I don't understand why they brought her back at all. It was just not a good choice and I wasn't surprised to see her go right back home.

Also Matt and Manila were really cute and I was so happy for Manila winning.

OK, Slava was a DRAG QUEEN. She could be the first 'straight or something' contestant on the show. I was so entertained by how into it she was, even when she seemed to backtrack a bit ("we're very Euro about these things.")

*This* is why I love this show so much. (Plus, without the cattiness, there was space for real *drama*). Best episode of the entire season for me, easily, even though Raja was flailing.

There was enough material in this ep. for an entire dissertation on gender fluidity and sexuality, language, and how drag breaks down and plays with gendered identity & ego.

The jocks were very sweet, and I liked the lesbioticness of the Lip Sync. I feel like Alexis probably should have won (she and Slava were so great and had such energy together, I couldn't focus on any flaws), but maybe the win was given to Manila because her safe-sex cheer was the only one that stood out as witty.

LOL, I wonder if Manila's jock knew that the Bahamas cruise he was so excited to win is a GAY cruise. And that gay cruises are uber gay. But he seemed cool; I bet that wouldn't stop him.
