The line about "I made fabric out of the hair" was what made me o_O And putting hair on underwear isn't quite the same as putting hair on a fabric that will completely alter the shape of the skirt, y'know?
WELLL I mean Shangela was calling Raja out, but Raja's dress was absolutely amazing.
Shangela could've been given all the couture fabric in the world EVER and no guidelines on making a dress... and she would never have come up with something as good.
